I did well with it until the heat wave was in full swing. I would either get hits on the drop, YES, or after it sat dead still for 5 minutes (I'm usually not that patient but one day I was taking my time selecting and tying up a dropper, and cleaning my fly box when I saw a swirl and got a nice bass)
