Looked like it might travel farther west earlier
today, then we might have been trouble over here on
the west side of the state.  As usual the hurricane is
going where it wants and not exactly where the
forecasters are predicting. The predictors are getting
much better at it with their more sophisticated
computer models in the past couple of years though. 
>From Grand Isle to New Orleans to Biloxi things aren't
looking too good though.
