I just had a potentially intelligent thought!!
Does anyone recognise the material which is used for ironing on hems ?? I
think it is called hemming tape. It is used to make hems on skirts/pant
cuffs etc and when you use your iron it melts.
It is relatively stiff and quite an interesting veined material.
Anyone ever try it??

brand name is "Stitch Witchery".
Her post ended, "I prefer to use good old rafene (Swiss straw) or
