I usually use an Altoids tin. I then purchase a box at the post office for
about 1$, which is square and about an inch thick. The Altoid box will fit
inside. Tape it closed. Before I close it, I will include return postage,
and return addresses already filled out, ready to peel, and put on the box for
the return trip.

When you guys (and ladies) send flies into a fly swap, what do you usually
pack your flies in??? And then, to get the flies send back to you, do you pack
a
box, or big padded envelope, etc., inside another one for the return?????
Thanks in advance, Chuck
Normally I send mine in either a Altoids tin, or a plastic culture dish. I
got lucky and a friend sent me a boxfull of these. They are great for sorting
flies in. Also, I try to always send a padded envelope and some cash to cover
postage.
