Yeah, in a perfect world.. But, like yesterday I only caught two, and there
are 4 in my family, so it takes more than one trip (sometimes more than 10 LOL)
to make a "mess" of fish for us... We do eat it ASAP, but that may be 1-3
months.... Chuck

There is little place for frozen fish in life. Either release it
or eat it right away. Nothing beats fresh or comes close. The best
seafood/sushi company I know of has this to say: http://catalinaop.com/faq.htm#1.
You might note that they state frozen fish is only good for 2, 3 or
max 4 weeks if flash frozen at -20 degrees F and
stored in a home freezer at 0 degrees F.

Chuck, no freezing
here, I usually release them, and when I keep one of the bigger once (happen
one or two times a year) I kook them the same day. Better
taste. Best Rene VFB,IOFF,Germany
