Rob I appreciate your work in the swap.
However, the last correspondence I received from you was on 3-19-05

    Telling me your new address.
I received a total of 6 sets of flies, all of those received theirs back,
and one set was sent to Byard. That left 6 sets of flies. I kept 2 sets.
Of the remaining 4 I took 2 sets up to the VA hospital and gave them to
Mike, (he is Viet Nam Vet without any legs and volunteers all around the
hospital on his little red scooter). I enjoy talking to him and hearing his
tails of big trout in Montana. I visited him the next time I was up there
and he thanked me for the flies again, and told me that he had given them to
a couple of Vets in the Spinal Cord injury ward and brightened their day. So
the next time I went up I took the other 2 sets, plus some other flies in
some small plastic boxes as well as some outdoor magazines and gave those to
him. I did not see him when I was up there yesterday, but I have 2 more
trips up there over the next 2 weeks.

If you want, I will take my 2 sets of your flies and box them up and
send them back to you, don't want any hard feelings about any swap. Only
reason I did what I did do with the flies were that most everyone else told
me to keep the extras, or give them away, those that didn't say never
contacted me about the subject.

Let me know what you want me to do and I will.
Jimi

Just curious who all recieved flies from this one. I
never even heard they were coming back. I really
worked hard on this swap and sent 3 dozen flys out.
Were there extras like we all thought there would be
since a bunch of people dropped out? If there were,
what happed to them? I'd just like mine back since I
can now use them. Or at least a spare set since there
should have been several.
