Pete, the ribbon is actually that clear Christmas ribbon that has a 
holographic shine and the eye is cut with one of the wing/post cutters that 
you can get from Byard. The light catches on the holographic ribbon and 
gives it the gold eye look. You can also use gold and silver ribbon for a 
bit different effect. Joyce
