Sorry to be late, but have been riding around the ranch on 4-wheeler, pulling  cart with a propane bottle and prickly pear burner. Burned the spines off a couple hundred patches of Prickly Pear on the lower pasture. The cattle love it, without the spines.  Have to do this at least twice a year to keep the pears from taking over.
