This one is choice! Can you imagine a book with 16,000 fly patterns? Well, I got one - bought it through Byard. Title is Perrault's Standard Dictionary of Fishing Flies - Kepcor Books, Daniels Publishing Co, Orlando, FL 1st & only edition - 1984. The book is sectioned as follows: Trout Flies - wet and dry, Nymphs, Streamers and Bucktails, Terrestrials, Atlantic Salmon Flies, Lake Flies, Steelhead and Pacific Salmon Flies, Salt Water Flies, Material Suppliers, World Wide Fly Tiers. You name it, this book has it. Only drawback is cost. I paid $50 + for it through Byard, brand new, still in shrink wrap cover. I think the copy I got was the only one Byard had. The book is out of print, but there are several copies available at the link below. Price ranges from $20.60 to $72.85, depending on condition.
