Rene,
One hundred caddis has been done before and possibly 200. Byard? I know that I have been in at least 2 of Byard's infamous swaps and that he beat the odds by actually having 137 tyers each tying 100 and each receiving 100 each. Fuzzy are the facts of the 200. Was it the single malt?
Therefore, I propose you go for a new record. How about 144? 100 has been done before and should be submitted to Guiness. Byard, if they back out, me and 98 tyers will submit your name to Guiness or buy you 99 Guiness (one per tyer that is). The swap could be the... "Gross Swap". OTOH, hooks are sold by the 100/50/25, so maybe 150?

Ronan,
Caddis swaps have a certain tradition on this list.
Any details? 100 flies?

I am wondering if there is any interest in a Caddis swap due sometime in the first quarter of 2006?
I would like to make it a Emerger/Nymph swap (No Dries) and if you would like to include the method used that you fish your pattern most effectively.I would like to make this a big swap but I will see what the interest is like. If you are not interested in participating in a large swap, please let me know anyway as it may just end up small anyway!Any takers??

PS BTW, I got no advise on the Pontoon, but regardless I went and bought the Fish Cat Streamer XL which is winging its way to me as I type.Slán.
