Honestly I can't tell, Chuck. I don't see you on the map. Did you type the
location that is shown by the picture, 'Delta (AL)'? In that case the map
might not be able to locate. As you type the location, a list with matching
suggestions will come up. I checked by typing 'Delta (AL)', but nothing
matched. One that was close was 'Delta Junction (AL)'. Is that the correct
one?

(By the way, my offline mail to you bounced.)

/Nick

WHERE ARE WE... REALLY?

I've found something now that might shed a little light on it... or to be
more correct: Teresa found it and told me that this online map might be good
to show us where our VFB-family members are located. I've set up a VFB map
now, added myself and now I'm waiting (hoping) for more tags on the map.

Follow the link http://www.frappr.com/flytiers and you will come to a page
with a map. Under it you type your name and city and press the 'Add Me!'
button... and that completes the BASIC registering to the group. A tag on
the map will be added. If someone clicks on it or clicks on your name in the
list beside, it will activate by showing a "bubble" with your name and city.
(An option to the basic registration is to also submit a photo that will be
shown together with your name).

But you will also get the option to create an account and make a
personalized profile page. (This can be done at a later time if you wish.)
There you can submit a photo of yourself (that will be shown in that little
bubble by your tag on the map)... as well as a little profile (if you
want)... and maybe some more photos (if you want to share).

The map is quite good and you can zoom really close. In USA it's even
detailed down to road names.

Note:
There is no need (or even an option) to fill in your street address here.
It's just for overview. And you can be removed from the map at anytime. (If
you have created an account you can do it yourself. If you just did the
basic, then I will do it for you.)

Options and options... but all I ask for is really the basic one, to see a
tag with a name. Am I the only one on this list who have been curious about
where my best friends live?
