That's true..I have never been able to take too much
spiciness like that.. And when I was in Air Force Boot Camp in San
Antonio back in 1976, the Chow Hall was run by a private contractor.. Well, they
had mostly Hispanics working there, and it didn't matter if it were
bacon, eggs, sausage, grits, You name it, it got a double does of the hot sauce,
and 50 men had about 20 minutes to eat, so being one of the last in, I had to
learn to swallow my food whole.. Talk about major heartburn LOL... I used to
smoke Mullet (I understand some parts of Texas consider Mullet a trash fish???
Or at least my Sgt in the AF when i was in FL told me that)...In FL
they (and their gizzard, only fish I know of with a gizzard) were a
delicacy.. But we would smoke those fish, and pour on the Cheyenne, and
those things would make yer tongue beat your brains out...Never tried fly
fishing for them. We either used gill nets, or a tiny hook and ONE kernel of
canned whole kernel corn, cause they are vegetarian fish..Chuck

That habanero is used sparingly and the Dynamite has
nothing to do with scoville units.

And, with that Habanera and "Dynamite" in it, sounds
like you'll need the
creek for MORE than just to fish in the next morning

SOUTHWEST KISH:. I take about 3 dozen eggs,
(depends on how many people
I'm cooking for), crack them in a big pot, stir
them, dice a bunch of
potatoes, brown a bunch of sausage, ( roll type),
into soft crumbles,
take a big onion and dice it, garlic clove diced,
several green chilis
diced and dump all this into the pot with the
eggs. Then I add a drop
or two of Bart's Habanero sauce, a good
sprinkling of "Dynamite" (my
and Jeff's secret seasoning). Then with a big
spoon I start stirring and
keep on stirring until the eggs are good and
scrambled like you'd do at
home. While the Kish is cooking I heat a bunch of
flour tortillas, which
will be used to wrap the Kish in. Some prefer to
eat it with a fork.
Most like it wrapped like a burrito. MAN, YOU
TALK ABOUT GOOD EATING
!!!! Guaranteed to wake you up and stick to your
ribs until lunchtime.
( Jeff, did I leave anything out? Never wrote
the recipe down till
just now.)
Cheers !
