Is anyone familiar with a fly that looks like a Royal Wulff, but the wing is a white post of what looks to be poly yarn (zlon or antron) with a brown hackle tied parachute. There is also a deer hair wing tied in behind the white post like a elk hair caddis extending as far a the end of the deer hair tail. The forward section of peacock herl is not only tied in back of the white post, but also in front almost to the eye of the hook.

I would appreciate any information that anyone might have.
