I'd suggest PETA. I think they're collecting all of the "fur murderer" coats and giving them to the homeless. I'm sure if you just went up to them and said really nicely "Excuse me. I'd love some of that mink. and that fox. Oh! and is that seal? I'd like some of that too. Why? Oh, I just want to make some flies. No, not the bugs. Flies to catch fish. You know with hooks? De-barbed of course..." I be they'd be open to that.
