My wife says she had to tweak our security settings on Outlook Express (or other mail programs).. By changing the settings on HOW you view mail, either plain text, or files I guess. On Outlook Express she went to the main mail page, Hit tools, hit options, hit read, and set those setting to HOW your mail comes in, either as plain text or files... HTH, Chuck

It is the settings,(XP settings I think) somehow, cause I use Outlook, and get the messages fine, Chuck
