You could always do the Moses test. When the pharoh of the time wanted to see whether Moses, a baby at the time, would one day try to take his wealth/kingdom from him, he used a test. He put two containers in front of him- one containing red hot glowing stones and one with jewels to check which one he would grab. You should do the same with one of those rotten cross-stich needles and a vise. Simple as that. If she grabs the needle, well...I don't want to even mention such a gruesome thought!
