Inquiring minds want to know. "a FULL Rotary vice"-- what is that ?? My mind conjures up some ancient and esoteric Oriental Erotica. My brother told me of such things from his time in Nam. Hell for that matter what is a less than full rotary vice. Does a quarter or half rotary vice costs less than a full rotary vice. Aw heck- Don't answer.
