Great.  You're number 13.  No sweat on the due date.

  Subject: [VFB] REDNECK FLY SWAP

I'm thinking of holding a REDNECK FLY SWAP later
this year, and I wanted to see if any Rednect
VFB'ers, HCFF'ers and FFW'ers would be interested in
participating . Fellow Rednecks Iain Short, Keith
Passant and Deb Duran have already signed on for
whenever I hold the swap. Right now isn't a good
time for I have the 20 tyer March Madness swap that
doesn't end until March 31. After that, I'd be open
to just about any dates.

What kind of fly to tie? A Redneck fly, of
course. In fly tying terms, that would be a fly
that is out of the mainstream of fly tying. Maybe a
fly tied with "outlandish" materials, like something
from the neighbor's garage sale or fiberglass cloth
from a boat shop. There's lots of materials out
there that would make excellent flies, like my fly
for the March Madness swap is tied using the strands
from a burlap bag, (potato sack) for the body. The
possibilities are endless. The only "MUST" for your
Redneck Pattern would be to use the color RED
somewhere on your fly. Limited to 20 swappers.

Whaddy'all think. If you're a REDNECK, this is
one swap you won't want to miss. Lemme know if you
want to participate, and also suggest a date for the
swap. If there's enough swappers, I'll pick a date
and we'll go from there. If there are two many
Rednecks, I'll hold REDNECK - B to accomodate.
