Thank you!  Well-written!  It incorporates much of my feelings on the topic!  Even within TU here in Michigan, we have some of the same problems - finding the balance of how far do you take an issue before you end up actually harming the environment by waiting or tying it up in courts

I don't think there are any easy answers out there for many of the problems....we need to start thinking outside of the box, not just on specific issues, but on how we save energy.
