Shape is Wide gap Offset. Eye is Ball turned up
finish is Bronze They were available in Gold 37162 and nickel 37140

These say "wide gap" on the box. It looks like this is
an out of production hook in small sizes. The Mustad
website shows a variation of this in size 1 and bigger
used as a baithook. Maybe Jimmy D. could fix me up
with some garden hackle and we could go bassin'.

That's referred to as a larva hook...popular in the
80's...before
scud hooks became "the thing". Try tying some San
Juan Worms on them.
I never liked the fairly narrow hook gap on that
hook...experienced
hook set problems when I used them.
