Well, the Pork Chop is/was wild, after I shot that Wild Boar we have here to
get it LOL.. And, on them collards... I stopped usin Ham Hock... I used a
smoked turkey leg, and pile in the Chili Powder... Then, top it off at the
table with Jalapeno Pepper sauce... If your wife never eat collards with the
Turkey (has to be smoked), and the chili powder, tell her to try it LOL,
