[VFB] Warm Water report from Arkansas

The white bass are starting to finally wake up here on the Arkansas. We had 
been catching several fish but with the onset of cold weather 2 week ago 
they shut down. They have in the last couple of days starting biting better 
and it looks good for this weekend with the warm weather we have. We have 
starting catching some large females with eggs and started see less and less 
of the smaller males. The dogwoods are also going to bloom anytime, I saw 
sarvice berry blooms on my way to work this morning
