So the problem is...??? The only thing wrong I see is that Murf doesn't have an alternate personality to blame anything on. If Buggs said something like that, he'd just blame Rico (his split p.) or Dr. D. (Then Dr. D blames it on his split-p., Dr. Hackle & Mr. Hide.) See? Nothing to it. Now try to chastise him, or them. If you do, Veronica will come to the rescue, as she did with Jester. The Freudian diagnosis for us is 'Split-p. Soup'.
It's even better if one can pose as Byard, like in the chat room. Then he gets blamed for any 'blunt-force traumas' that Buggs would cause by his lack of tact. To make this tying-related, when Murf gets exposed to the gang at Sowbug, the changes will begin. Slowly at first, as with Jester. Then, as situations warrant, the alternates will take shape and form, and we'll be greeting new list members without having to add to our address books.
