Jerry: She could donate them to the local high school building and woodshop programs, and get a great tax write-off...
LJ >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2/28/2006 12:04 PM >>> My wife and has met an older woman whose husband was a very skilled woodworker. Over the course of probably 30 years, her husband has accumulated a workshop which literally fills his garage and a storage shed. Every conceivable power tool and hand tool can be found. My wife volunteered my services to help dispose of the tools, nuts and bolts, screws, clamps etc. that number in the thousands. There are several table saws, drill presses, belt sanders and other tools that I cannot recognize. Between the hand tools , drill bits, chisels, carving pieces, sockets etc., I easily guess that there are upwards of six to 10,000 individual pieces. Does anyone have anyone suggestions as to how I might help this woman sell this remarkable collection ? Any suggestions would be appreciated !! Thanks.
