Right now I live in Vernon B.C. But
previously I lived in Fernie,New Denver and Castlegar.Very good fishing
in the Kooteney's. I have fished all over the province of BC and Alberta
so am quite familiar with the waters and the flies to use. The flies
that I use are oldies but goodies and I do introduce new ones from time to
time. Just north of Libby There are Edwards and loon lake which provide good
fishing. Also the elk river is always good.

My Daughters Father in-law has just Skied his
age. He has skied Seventy six days this season. He was asked if he
was going to ski seventy seven next year and he replied that he would
alternate Ski days with ice fishing days instead of skiing his
age.
He is an ardent fisherman and can't pass a
lake without fishing it or so it seems.
