Sounds good Joe...  The more pictures we get the better it will be...  Unfortunately not all pictures taken will be able to be submitted to the magazine for publication...  BUT, if all goes as I plan it to, I'm going to attempt to create a website that will feature ALL the pictures that we take...  I've created a couple web sites, one for our fire department and my own personal site, which I've basically let slide...  We'll see how it goes, <BG>, and I'm sure there'll be a lot of fly swapping going around...

Jack and Rodney -

While I am not bringing any of my upscale equipment, I am bringing my digital camera.  I also plan to be taking a load of pictures and would be gled to share whatever I get for your endeavors.

I am also happy to trade flys with anyone who wants to.

Jack,
No problem... I'm bringing my 35 mm camera equipment, (althought I don't have my professional lighting system any longer), so maybe between the two of us we can do this....  I'm wanting to get as many pictures as possible, especially VFB'rs...  Together with the "group picture" and flys tied, I'm going to have a short story written about "Sowbug" and hopefully have it published in "Fly Tyer" magazine...  So, YESSSS, please bring your light setup, it'll help tremendously, and I'm sure between the two of us we'll be able to take the pictures without someone having to leave their flys with us, or like you said, they'd be more than welcome to trade, if they so desire...

Hey ya'll

I had wrote previously about bringing my photography light setup and
taking pictures of the VFB Flies of the Sowbug.  Thinking about it more,
I think I may be biting off more than I can chew - in one sitting,
anyway.  I don't think I would have time there to do adequate justice to
your flies and still accomplish the other things I would like to do.
What I would like to do is alter the assignment a little.

I'll still bring my setup if anyone wants to see it.  I'm hoping I can
talk ya'll into leaving a fly or two with me for the pictures,
appropriately labeled with name and tyer, whatever it is you're tying
there.  Your choice, I can either get it back to you in the future, or
(my preference) you are welcome to trade for mine.  Tying or not,  stop
by and talk to me.  I'm tying Thursday afternoon, and Saturday morning;
Friday morning I'm helping teach a youth casting class outside. I'l be
wandering around the rest of the time trying to learn from ya'll.
