Ray: Yeah, it makes Me feel good, cause This kid's Momma always brings Him there, and she says that his father just left them, and pays NO support... And, i figure that if , By getting ONE kid into fishing, and NOT on drugs or in gangs, it is well worth the effort to help them... I give flies to any kid I see fishing like that, cause This group also has been soooooooooo generous to Me, and like I said, if it can keep one kid on the lake and out of trouble, it's worth all the time and effort in the world... I mean, we may be helping the kid who one day discovers a cure for cancer, or AIDS, or something else like that... The first time working there I saw him practicing casting his fly rod. That was about 4 years ago, since then I give him my flies for the year and rety over the winter. I would have to say that by now he must have some collection of flies. To this day I dont know his name but I do know that he and his father do fly fish both fresh and saltwater and I do still give my customer flies to give them since I dont have the time to use them myself. I have the time to tie but not to fish all the time.
