Must be a domestical swap. It usually takes my flies a week to get "over
there". That is not fast.

Another critical factor IF we somehow would solve this, by having multiple
co-ordinated domestical swapS: You can't let Don be a meister... since you
wouldn't get anything back.

The Swedish VFB "bunch" would be an easy one, since we don't need a meister
at all. Sören and I will just send something to eachother... just "swap"
them over. Not to talk about the German one. Rene just need to get out and
eat something. (He'll probably still take it home, since he wants to
photograph it for his homepage first.) It will save him some postage money
though. ;o)

Many years ago I tied a fly for a good friend in Grand Junction who fishes
the Frying Pan River quite often. He likes to walk through the crowded
launching areas with this fly hanging from the tip of his flyrod.

It's all flytying materials, about 5" long, and is two sunny-side-up eggs
with two crinkly strips of bacon coming off the back. He tells all who ask
that this fly must be used only before 10:00am on the Frying Pan, then he
switches over to a bacon-burger fly.

He's a real nut-case. Needs therapy and meds.
