SOME-where, I ran across a discussion of people having problems 
trying to cancel their e-mail at MSN.
Not using, MSN, I ignored it.

Now, one of my best friends is having trouble contacting them to cancel.
Anyone with any suggestions?  PLEASE reply directly instead of on-list.

I've already suggested he get a Mac, so I need useful ones.
