Garrell's emerger is a size 14. I agree that the hook is very thin and 'nasty' sharp. Not sure it's a Knapek though. Even the hook shape looks somewhat different with the downeye. Am I correct that the parasol is constructed from a thin strand of Antron fibers wrapped in 8/0 thread. Would this section be tied by use of a thin needle and then attached to the hook? Steve
