Its Trilobal antron. Orvis had a two year exclusive on it so they'll have it. But now somebody called Crystal creek also sells it. Byard (Lines End) has it, though the picture shows what I take to be the 3/8 inch stuff. It also comes in 3/4 which is probably what the ebay guy is using.. Rick Z, that's what the fly I gave you at Sowbug is made from. Called "The Love Bug", its basically a zonker leech tied with this stuff and hour glass eyes.

His flies are Irish traditionals and given that I spend most of my time tying those, this addition might be something to try.
