the problem is a bit more on my side.
I ordered some blanks from them the other day. I entered my credit card
details. As usual I've received a confirmation email stating, that they
will charge the card when they ship.
On the next morning my card was stolen and I had to cancel the card.
I send H&H a mail about the mishap, their reaction was very friendly. I
ordered a new card from the bank, it arrived today - you cannot imagine
- they misspelled my name totally.
What I'm looking for is someone who is close to them and can ensure them
that I'm a honest guy ....
If I had this with Lines End, I wouldn't see any trouble, but it is my
first purchase at H&H
