P.S. Any trout "tail waters" in your area.  I'll start with the Guadalupe River, below Canyon Lake Dam, just northwest of New Braunfels, TX.  Ten mile trout fishery sustained by the flow of 45 degree temperature discharge water coming through the bottom draw of  Canyon Lake Dam.
 Who'd ever thought there could be a viable trout stream in Central Texas!
