I don't know if this is similar to mohair in texture and/ or 'flowyness', but if you could use a medium-to-dark olive, coachman brown, or mustard-yellow mohair, send an e-mail off-list and I'll gladly send some - I have way more than I know what to do with.  I apologize that it may take a week or so to mail, as I'm working 72 hour weeks (12 hrs x 6 days, not including working on my Masters degree), but it will get out to you.  What neck of the woods are you in?  I make a yearly trek to Warren, PA (visiting undergrad friends) and somehow always get "lost" around erie - with my spey rod in hand, too!  Amazing how that happens... ;)
Tight wraps,
Pete

yes, and that's what I need it for... Sucker Spawn. I fish for Lake Erie
Stealhead and I'm always looking to try something new. I've heard of some
guys using the darker earth colors when the water is low and clear and the
fish are spooked and wanted to try it but could not find anything other than
the "normal" pinks, reds, and egg colors. Thanks for all of your suggestions
and help.

Duct tape is like the Force. It has a light side & a dark side, and it holds
the universe together.
