Hi Ho folks, Moving swiftly on from "Lures" to important stuff. My fly fishing /tying club is looking to do a swap this year hopefully with an international flavour. I ran it about 4 or 5 years ago and we had some great stuff in the swap. It ran along the lines of having 8 members here tying 24 flies. That meant we had 8 folks from the USA and 8 from the Antipodes tying local or national patterns. There was one point of contact in each country so you didnt have to send them to the UK. The point of contact then sent them to me, I split them up and repacked them then sent them back for distribution. Cut down on costs and delivery time to a degree too. It was called the Intercontinental Ballistic Fly Swap and if you fancy the idea then email me OFF LIST please guys. I will then let the guys at the club know what and when and how many etc etc. Its still in the conception stage but if it goes ahead it will be due date of October I look forward to hearing from you Cheers KP http://fnfwilts.tripod.com
