Since Rick has already tied up 25 flies, please tie 25 of your design.
Current count is 21 swappers.
I will photo-catalogue all flies on my web site for future use.
This leaves 4 extras. I usually re-pile these into the remaining piles
so that you don't get extras of your own tie.
However, I am toying with the idea of making 3-4 swapping kits that can
be used for teaching kids how to fly fish (as we all know this is a nice
fly to catch fish.) Also when used on a spinning rod with a plastic fly
bobber, this also is a great worm alternative. Both of which are good
ideas for charitable events in getting kids or those less fortunate,
involved into fishing, fly fishing, and / or fly tying. I will do some
more research and advise at the end of the swap.
I would like to see the 4 sets of flies in the hands of those who need
them - especially as Christmas is approaching.
Fellow swappers, if you know of a deserving home for these extra sets,
