are correct. The chrome doesn't do well with holding the solder. I have
one of those little 'no-heat' guns (my son's) and it's just not
working. I figured dremmeling the 1st 32nd of an inch to give the
solder something to grasp. The hook is also gold plated, but it doesn't
seem t have a problem holding the solder.
You want to try just
one 1st to see how it goes?
