Sent this earlier, it bounced \ Just a quick story here about salt water and hooks. I got a call one evening from a friend that asked me to go out with them fishing in the bay off Atlantic City. I decided to tie some flies and take my 9 wt bass rod. All well and good, I tied some streamer type flies from a Mylar Duster and some big bass hooks I had. They worked real well, caught some small sharks and several types of other bay fish. I put the flies away, never gave it a thought. A few weeks later I got another invitation. When I checked my flies, all I found was some stained mylar and what was left of totally rusted hooks. Tony
