        OK here is the outline and official list.

        

        4 flies (five if you want one returned) are due November 30 with a self addressed return envelope.

        Tiers have the option to either send any of their remaining first flies, or tie their first pattern, and with Don O’s inspiration we will include the option for a person's first attempt at invinting a fly pattern. Any attached stories are welcome.
