Does anyone know some good patterns/uses for buffalo- both the longer hair and the short and curly shorter, denser hair??

Yes, as well as dubbing, it is mink. and the long guard hairs make great tails for very small flies, ask Rodney. 6. Is the patch that looks like elk but has a much more suede-ish skin actually Elk?? Yes, courtesy of Don O. I have to think about what I packed, as I did not keep much of anything for myself because I took so long to get it out to you folks. Hope I remembered right.
