Hi Chris: The Vancouver, British Columbia area was hit by a vicious snow storm over the past weekend breaking a 50 year record for the amount of snow for the month of November. It is a wet snow from the Pacific which is now freezing resulting in treacherous driving conditions. I took a chance midday today and crossed the border to Blaine, WA (the Canada/USA border is just 10 minutes distant by car under normal weather conditions) where I mailed the Chili peppers to you via priority mail. Hopefully the package should be with you in 3 or 4 business days.
