Good Morning Gent:
I was reading Jim Williams peice on how to make fured leaders, is this the
board or jig you made Jimi?I'm new at this,so here goes,i got a 6 foot board
all lay out to 4 1/2 feetleader, now can i use the full board with Jim
measurement 6 foot, that would give me a longer but finer tip, if not i'll go
to 4 1/2 feet, also can you tell me where i can get some braided backing to
make his twin walled leader loop for my fly line?
tank guys and have a good day or fish and stay warm.

Jimi: You certainly will have an over abundance if you do like I did LOL.. I
made about 12 the first day.. My favorite is the ones I made from 6/0 clear
thread. What length did you make yours??? I ask cause I like to fish with
short leaders.. (Mine come out to less than 5ft long and then I add about
2.5 ft of tippet material as I hate it when the leader/tippet combo is
longer than my fly rod and it started going into the rod guide eyes..
Thanks, Chuck
