He can focus up close, but not far away. Known as "nearsightedness". Myself, I can't focus up close, but can read a newspaper that is laying on the floor. Known as farsightedness. I wear reading glasses that are bifocal, with the prescription on the lower part of the lense, but the top part of the lenses are clear, no magnification.

When your eyes start to go you can always use the Mustad 32's snelled as
trailer hooks to the Tiemco 32's.   :)
