RYLAC, JimmyD

I use large indicators (sometimes 2) when I fish deep with large nymphs and
streamers (under right conditions). They'll drag flies under.

But I did try fly indicators. Didn't work. They wanted a hot-pink yarn-puff
dry fly.
So I have a few of these tied for the next trip- size 10 hooks in them. Just
in case...

Simple solution DonO. If by "fly" you mean a dropper, just use a dry fly for
the indicator. Surely you don't use a piece of red/orange yarn tied above the
nymph. :-P
