Yep.
You really need to go to a craft store (Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Jo-Ann
Fabric, etc.) and get ear-ring hangers. Tie the fly then hot-melt or
epoxy it to the hanger.
Be sure to de-barb, and de-point, AND put a bead on the end of the hook as
Tony suggested.
