Well, I finally got a rise out of ya'll about the daily quote. It is
nice to know that so many of you do read them and a few of you even
look forward to them as your daily fishing fix. And, Allan said that he
loved me. ;-) Remind me not to room with him at Sow Bug. ROTF !
Seriously I appreciate those of you who took the time to respond. I
was not fishing for compliments, but I really wondered if many of you
read them. You convinced me. Now, don't everybody start replying to
all my quotes. :-P But a short comment every once in a while,
particularly when there's a quote that you really like, or that reminds
you of something in your fishing life, would be appreciated not only by
me, but I think the rest would also. Also, if you see one of my PERSONAL
fly fishing quotes/poems that you'd like to use in your club's
newsletter, etc. feel free to do so. I enjoy coming up with my own
special fly fishing quotes and fly fishing poems. At last count I have
written close to 50, one of which appears at the bottom of this post.
