Nick (and Jimmy) - I only have 886 days of quotes saved, but have cut and 
pasted roughly 1000 more into a document since 2000 or 2001 or whenever I 
joined this little community.........

See, Jimmy... many appreciate your quotes. I'm one of them too. In a
separate folder I have 866 quotes saved... earliest posted May 31:st 2004. I
do admit that there are quotes there from your "stand-ins" and "extras", but
most of them (778) are yours.

Since the only one to comment on yesterday's QFTD about DonO was DonO, I
take it that nobody saw the humor in it.  My reason for doing it was
two-fold, 1. I was trying to add a little levity to what has been a
technically overbearing list these last few days. 2. My other reason was
to see if anyone was really reading the quotes.  Either you didn't read
it or your sense of humor is not as keen as mine.  I've spent a lot of
time and effort looking up good fishing quotes over the last five years
and I like to see comments about them from time to time.   It just lets
me know you appreciate my efforts.   Maybe I should stop doing them.
