Deer is hollow and will flare. Goat and polar bear don't flare very well. Can't help you on the rest until you say which one you're talking about. Goat is cheap and easy to come by. Polar bear is very difficult to come by, especially new white hair (i.e. non-yellowed from storage- which is about worthless).
