I like super-glue gel in the squeeze dispensers. No mess, no fuss, until it's
almost out. Then I have to disasemble the holder and get the last remaining
glue out of the tube. Once squeezed out, it stays 'liquid' for a long time,
intil something sticks to it, then it dries pretty fast.

Again, the only place I use this is for gluing on eyes, and I have a special
method for that.

An interesting characteristic of CA glue is that it "dries" only when it's in
thin layers, like when it's caught between to things you want to stick
together. The implication of this is that you can leave it uncovered and it
won't harden. Of course, if you spill it, it makes a mess, so you need
something, like a foam block cut to fit, to put it in so you won't knock it
over. If you put the lid on, the lid will stick; if you put a pin in, the pin
will stick; if you put your finger on it, your skin will stick. If you're made
of really thin Mylar, you'll burst into a white hot ball of flame :)

Seriously, though, this characteristic makes it very much easier to use than
other glues, but it ain't for everything. Zap a Gap fills gaps, and doesn't
shrink, thus the name.

about like water. I use the thin formula. Sally Hansens "hard as Nails"
is thicker.

Rick: No, it wouldn't, but that is what I was trying to figure out. How

I have found that the gels do not penetrate as well as the liquids do.
