Walnut sensitizes people as well, but is nowhere near as serious as
cocobolo.  Walnut typically  causes nasal congestion, and a  dust mask
usually takes care of the problem.  I must admit however, that the wood
working I've done has been with American  black  walnut.

I turn quite frequently and any of the darker hardwoods such as 
cocobolo, 
mahogony, redwood, and most of the exotics can be very reactive to the

skin and 
lungs. Use a turners smock with long sleeves or at least a plastic 
apron 
with a long sleeved shirt. Always wear eye protection and at least a
dust  mask 
(I use an air powered respirator). Hope this helps a bit.
